TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By hiring me you read and agree the following:♦ Prices listed are USD (United States Dollar), and I'll be only acept payments through Paypal Invoice or Binance.♦ I will send you a Paypal invoice before I start working on your commission. Upfront Payment.♦ No refunds after agreeing and paying the invoice. There'll be only full refund if for some reason I can't do your commission anymore.♦ I have the right to decline your commission if I know I can’t do a good work with the character.♦ I retain copyright for drawing the pictures, client is allowed to reupload, print it and use it for personal uses unless comercial use is paid (see comercial usage below). Client is not allowed to resell the piece.♦ Do not trace, steal or claim my work as your own.♦ Everything I do in the commission made will be in favour of satisfying the customer as much as possible. So please, use clear references.♦ Once the commission is finished, small details can be made while I’m still drawing it, such as colour changes or adding/removing small things from it. But for a really important modification, there's an extra charge.♦ The time I will take to finish your commission will range from 1 week to 2 months (could even be more),
please be patient, the artistic process is sometimes difficult for me.♦ Request for commissions with a tight deadline, or if you request that your drawing be prioritized, this will have an additional charge.♦ If you want your commission to be private, that is, you do not want me to upload your commission to my social media or to my portfolio, you will have to specify it and you will have to pay an additional cost.♦ In case of reupload the commission on any social media, please credit in the description.♦ Breaking the terms and conditions will result in permanent blacklist from my commissions.Keep in mind I have social media to keep updated, that’s why some commissions may take longer than others or I work on other illustrations that's not commissions related.
COMMERCIAL AND OTHERS
♦ 50% of the original price: rush orders (ask if available).♦ 80% of the original price: merchandise (poster, stickers, etc)♦ 150% of the original price: promotional game art and assets for a game.Comercial rights are not needed for: twitch (emotes not included) and other livestreaming services.
